Burial Planning Options   < top >

  • Funeral Service with Burial
The most popular funeral option, a family can personalize their casket, have a visitation either in a private family setting or public setting for all friends and relatives, and have interment in a cemetery or mausoleum.
  • Memorial Service with Burial
A burial can take place with or without a visitation in ground or mausoleum with a memorial ceremony and reception afterwards. Memorial services do not have a deceased present in either a ceremonial rental casket or standard casket. The Funeral Home is in charge of making all phone calls, making necessary arrangements with facilities, clergy, and catering, and running the service accordingly.
  • Immediate Burial and Entombment
The body is placed into a casket and immediately buried or placed into a mausoleum. A memorial service can be held at a later date without the body present. Embalming is not needed with a direct burial.

Often times, cremation and burial are similar in cost from a funeral home’s standpoint. Cremation saves the costs of burial plots, vaults, and grave opening and closings. Rental caskets, abbreviated viewing times, and private family viewings make a funeral a psychological success while reducing traditional costs in half. Funerals can include a viewing without the high prices. Rental caskets for cremations and standard grade caskets for burials, the viewing can take place while avoiding the difficult.
